Press Release: The agreement signing ceremony of Strategic Partnership Alliance between AZIA Group and Data Cohorts - bringing WEBCAS' technology to Asean was held on January 11 2018 at DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Mr. Kazuo Mino, CEO of AZIA Co., Ltd, Tokyo, Japan and attended by Mr. Sosuke Tanaka, Commercial Attached/First Secretary, Embassy Japan of Malaysia, Mr. Keiji Baba, Deputy Managing Director, JETRO Malaysia and Mr. Ken Deguichi, CEO/President, NTT Malaysia.
AZIA Marketing Malaysia Sdn Bhd will co-operate with Data Cohorts Sdn Bhd launching new mail distribution services specializes for financial institutions, insurance institutions and government agencies in Malaysia effective on 1st March 2018.
AZIA Marketing Malaysia is a wholly owned subsidiary company of AZIA Co., Ltd which is a public listed company (Securities Code 2352) in the first section Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE). Malaysia operation is headed by Ms. Kaori Tsubono as Managing Director assisted by Ms. Christy Chong. She is also appointed as Asean Regional Manager for AZIA Co., Ltd. Data Cohorts is headed by Executive Director, Mr. Hor Yew Jin agreed to signed a strategic partnership in a new mail distribution business.
Data Cohorts (DC), announced today a strategic partnership with AZIA, a software, which specializes in email marketing services through its proprietary technology. Both companies will collaborate to deliver a unique, state of the art SMTP Email Relay Service which boasts over 20 years of transactional email experience. This partnership forms the cornerstone for both companies to approach the key, high growth market with this solution, targeted to FSI industries. Apart from that, it is expected to spark innovation and its offering within the cloud computing space by maximizing the product development talents and resources at both companies, while driving scale and efficiency in respective supply chains. The overriding partnership factor will also enable both companies to deliver new transactional e-mails features that will help customers become more efficient and effective in delivering highly sensitive e-statements, e-policies or communications, hence reducing costs.
Amongst the many salient features, it safeguards bulk emails are securely delivered to recipients, without risking any untoward instances of spam and/or junk folders. Other key benefits are the ability to blast over 3 million emails per day, PDF file upload functionality, reports visibility and more importantly, compliance to Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and data residency as well.
